Role Description
This is a full-time on-site 8am-5pm, weekday role for a Reception Administration position located in Birmingham, AL. The Reception Administration will be responsible for managing front desk tasks, answering calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with administrative duties, and providing support to the office staff.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles
- Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked, ordering as necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Construction administration experience preferred
